Good News| Huabao was once again awarded the “Top 200 Enterprises in China Light Industry and the Top 100 Science & Technology Enterprises in China Light Industry”

On August 10, China Light Industry Enterprises Summit (“CLIE Summit 2022” or “Summit”) themed by “Implement the Strategies of the New Era and Build a Great Power of Light Industry” was held in Beijing. Relevant leaders from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China (PRC), National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), PRC, Ministry of Science and Technology of the PRC and other ministries and commissions and the leaders of China National Light Industry Council attended the Summit. ZHANG Chonghe, Party Secretary and President of China National Light Industry Council attended the Summit and delivered a keynote speech. ZHANG said that the light industry had worked hard to overcome the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and the volatile international situation, and make every endeavor to “maintain stable production and supply”, to make initial progress in high-quality development. He hoped that the Top 100 enterprises would lead the development of the light industry. HE Yaqiong, head of the Department of Consumer Goods Industry of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the PRC, said that the light industry should continue to strengthen the strategic leading role of scientific and technological innovation, improve the effective supply capacity of the industry, actively embrace digital transformation, focus on the cultivation of new growth drivers, and adhere to green and low-carbon development. XIA Nong, the A-level inspector of the Industry Development Department of the NDRC, PRC pointed out that the light industry enterprises, especially key enterprises, should further play a leading role.

At the Summit, the lists of Top 200 Enterprises in China Light Industry, Top 100 Science& Technology Enterprises in China Light Industry, Top 50 Enterprises in China Food Industry and Top 50 Enterprises in China Light Industry Equipment Manufacturing were released. By virtue of its outstanding strength, Huabao Flavours & Fragrances Co.，Ltd. (“Huabao”) was once again awarded the “Top 200 Enterprises in China Light Industry and the Top 100 Science & Technology Enterprises in China Light Industry”.
