Yunnan Tianhong Carried out Self-inspection on Compliance Risks

In order to implement the spirits in the document issued by Huabao recently, Yunnan Tianhong Essence and Spice Co., Ltd. held a meeting themed by self-inspection and rectification on compliance risk at the conference room on the company’s third floor on the morning of September 27, 2021. The meeting was hosted by LI Hong, Head of the General Manager Office. Leaders of relevant departments of the company attended the meeting.

A special team for self-inspection and rectification was set up, with the general manager LUO Shaohua as the team leader, the director of the General Manger Office as the deputy leader, and heads of relevant departments as the team members. LUO attached great importance to the self-inspection and made important deployment.

According to the Company’s actual situation and the items of Table for the Self-inspection and Rectification on Compliance Risks, heads of the departments combed the work items they were responsible for one by one at the meeting to find out and identify the common problems. The preliminary investigation showed they had adhered to the principle of “operating according to rules and handling affairs according to regulations” in daily management. There were no major compliance risk matters. For cross-department disputes, all relevant departments shall reflect it truthfully, negotiate with each other actively, formulate effective solutions and measures, and set the completion time for rectification, thus to ensure the smooth and efficient completion of the rectification tasks.

It is believed that after the self-inspection and rectification, the compliance level of Yunnan Tianhong will be further improved, which will lay a solid foundation for the sustainable development of the Company.
