Leaders of Yuxi Municipal Party School and Federation of Trade Unions Visited Yunnan Tianhong for Research on the Company’s Construction of Industrial Workers

On August 20, 2021, leaders of Yuxi Municipal Party School and Federation of Trade Unions, accompanied by Chairman WANG of Federation of Trade Unions of the High-tech Zone, visited Yunnan Tianhong Essence and Spice Co., Ltd. and carried out research and discussion activities. The Chairman of Yunnan Tianhong Trade Union and relevant responsible persons of Tianhong participated in the research and discussion activities.

At the symposium, Chairman of Yunnan Tianhong Trade Union first introduced the Company’s construction of industrial workers, involving such three major parts as employee welfare, cultural construction, propaganda & education, and put forward some constructive suggestions on whether we can refer to the practice of advanced provinces for the problem that employees can’t take care of their in-holiday children during their working days. The Chairman also answered the questions raised by leaders present at the symposium.

The delegation spoke highly of the Company’s construction of industrial workers, especially the high proportion of technical personnel in the Company. “The talent view used to be that talent follows industry, but now the talent view is that industry follows talent,” they said, “Tianhong is very forward-looking in this respect, and plays a good demonstration role in the local foreign enterprises.” At the symposium, the Company mentioned the problem that employees can’t take care of their in-holiday children during their working days, which was a representative and common problem. They would reflect the actual situation to relevant superior departments to see whether they can adopt the suggestions and introduce relevant policies to benefit the people and solve the worries of employees, thus to ultimately achieve a win-win situation.
