Lean Production for Quality& Efficiency Improvement| Yingtan Huabao’s Lean Production Progress

In recent years, in the face of complex market environment at home and abroad, Huabao Flavours & Fragrances Co., Ltd. (“Huabao”) has implemented the management concept of lean production (LP), improved the management system for LP, and orderly promoted the LP implementation in various enterprises. In 2023, Jiangxi H&K Food Technology Development Co., Ltd. (“Jiangxi H&K”), as a benchmark LP enterprise under Huabao Group, has achieved good results in promoting LP. At present, Yingtan Huabao Flavours & Fragrances Co., Ltd. (“Yingtan Huabao”), also a subsidiary of Huabao Group, is fully implementing LP to further improve production efficiency and promote high-quality sustainable development of the enterprise.

On April 26, 2024, to implement Huabao Group’s work arrangement on LP management and practice the management requirements for LP, Yingtan Huabao held a general staff meeting to launch LP management, aiming to gather consensus and concerted efforts in the whole company to improve its management level and facilitate its high-quality development through the implementation of lean management (LM).

At the meeting, it was pointed out that the implementation of lean management was an important means for the Company to improve efficiency, stimulate vitality and build core competitiveness, and was also an important cornerstone for the Company to become stronger and better and achieve sustainable development. The call for change would stimulate innovation and bring better development. Lean management is an advanced and practical field management system, which has far-reaching significance to the development of the company. Through the implementation of lean management, Yingtan Huabao aims to make all staff firmly establish LP thinking, accept and practice lean management in daily work, thus to truly realize pragmatism and efficiency.

At the meeting, Yingtan Huabao set up a lean management working group, and signed the “Lean Management Commitment”. The members of the working group made commitments to promote lean management work, expressed the firm determination to go all out to promote and implement lean management.

This meeting marks that Yingtan Huabao has started lean production and management. Through the implementation of lean management, Yingtan Huabao will practice the principle of “focusing on cost management to strengthen the main line of process control, and highlight the maximization of benefits”, and accelerate the specific implementation and quick effect of lean management.

Lean production emphasizes creating maximum value with minimum resources and eliminating all forms of waste. At present, Huabao Group is actively promoting strategic upgrading and accelerating the pace of international business development.
