The First Session of the Second Membership Representative Conference ofthe Trade Union Federation of Huabao Shanghai Industrial Park Was Held

On the afternoon of September 28, 2021, the First Session of the Second Membership Representative Conference of the Trade Union Federation of Huabao Shanghai Industrial Park was held at the Beijing-Shanghai Hall of Huabao Shanghai Industrial Park. The Session was hosted by Ms. YAN Qing, a female member of the First Committee of the Trade Union Federation. The Session opened in the magnificent national anthem.

After the Session began, representatives of the First Committee of the Trade Union Federation and the First Expenditure Audit Committee made a speech respectively. The representative of the First Committee of the Trade Union Federation introduced the basic situation of the Trade Union Federation and reviewed the main responsibilities of the Trade Union Federation since its establishment (including but not limited to trade union activities, employees’ welfare, training and study, women workers’ work, awards evaluation). Subsequently, the representative of the first Expenditure Audit Committee gave a detailed introduction to the amount and corresponding details of the revenue and expenditure of the Trade Union Federation during 2019-2021. The participants applauded warmly for the hard work the two committees had done, and expressed their recognition and gratitude.

Then, the participants voted by a show of hands, and unanimously approved three management methods, including the general assembly voting method, the general assembly election method and the trade union revenue and expenditure management method. Through secret ballot, the participants elected seven members as the Second Committee of the Trade Union Federation and three members as the Expenditure Audit Committee of the Trade Union Federation. Ms. CHEN Jing was elected as the Chairman of the Second Committee of the Trade Union Federation while Mr. MA Bufeng was elected as the Director of the Second Expenditure Audit Committee of the Trade Union Federation. The participants applauded warmly for them.

After that, Ms. CHEN Jing expressed her heartfelt thanks to the company for its strong support to the Trade Union Federation, and expressed her heartfelt thanks to the members of the First Committee for their hard work and gave full recognition to their work. Besides, on behalf of the leadership of the Company, she said that the Company would continue to strongly support the work of the Trade Union Federation to make it better and better.
