Huabao Held Special Training on Improving Work Efficiency and Executive Ability of Middle and Senior Managers

In order to adapt to the trend of NGP era, implement its strategy and improve work efficiency and executive ability, on September 22, 2021, Huabao held a “Special Training on Improving Work Efficiency and Executive Ability of Middle and Senior Managers” at the Beijing-Shanghai Hall of Huabao Shanghai Industrial Park. Ms. YUAN Xiaoqin, Director and President of Huabao, attended the training with 62 middle and senior managers.

At the training, the instructor used vivid cases and humorous language to make the trainees master the essence and significance of executive ability from the perspective of cognition, grasp leaders’ mindset from the perspective of thinking, and establish executive intention from the perspective of attitude, thus to improve executive consciousness, ensure executive outcomes, comprehensively improve executive ability before, during and after work, master executive tools and improve work efficiency.

A variety of efficiency problems in our daily work were presented at the training course, and the root causes affecting the execution were analyzed. Through the vivid explanation and real cases, the instructor focused on in-depth analysis of the eight root causes affecting work efficiency and executive ability, which was practical, profound and easy to understand and learn. In practice, the executive ability and work efficiency was improved in a short time. It had strong guiding significance for improving overall work efficiency and executive ability.

The trainees discussed seriously and spoke actively in a warm atmosphere. They learned a lot from the full day of training and said they would put the knowledge they had learned into practice and truly improve their work efficiency and executive ability, so as to make their contributions to the implementation of the Company's strategy.
