DU Yazheng (Chairman of CFAIA) and His Delegation Visited Shanghai Park of Huabao for Investigation and Guidance

On November 6, 2020, Mr. DU Yazheng (Chairman of China Food Additives and Ingredients Association (CFAIA)), Ms. CHEN Wenwen (one division chief from the Light Industry Branch of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade) and Mr. XUE Ran (one project manager from the Light Industry Branch of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade) visited Shanghai Park of Huabao Flavours & Fragrances Co., Ltd. (“Huabao” or the “Company”) for investigation and guidance. Ms. YUAN Xiaoqin (President of Shanghai Food Additive & Batching Association (SFATA), Director and President of Huabao), Mr. JI Heli (Executive Vice-president of SFATA), Mr. WEI Xinlin (Secretory General of SFATA), Mr. WANG Wuhang (Director of the Publicity Department of SFATA), and Mr. YANG Cheng (Assistant President of Huabao and General Manager of Lhasa Huabao) warmly received Mr. DU and his delegation.

In her speech, Ms. YUAN warmly welcome Mr. DU and his delegation to visit Huabao for investigation and guidance, and expressed her gratitude to CFAIA for its continuous care and support to SFATA and to the Company. Ms. YUAN stated that, CFAIA has been helping and supporting the work of SFATA. Meanwhile, with the leadership of CFAIA and the wide platform built by CFAIA, Huabao could learn and exchange with more excellent enterprises at home and abroad, and thus Huabao people could expand their horizon and thinking. Without the guidance and support from CFAIA, Huabao cannot make so great achievements. Therefore, Huabao is thankful to CFAIA.

In his speech, Mr. DU expressed his gratitude to Ms. YUAN, to other leaderships from SFATA and to Huabao for their warm reception. He said that, “SFATA has made great contributions to the development of the industry, and it is worth being learned by us.” As a key enterprise in the industry, Huabao has achieved impressive performance in the years. He hopes that, with holding the opportunity to develop in the times, Huabao can become a larger and stronger enterprise as well as an excellent role model in the industry, to lead more enterprises in the industry to innovate, develop and grow.

Later, Mr. YANG introduced the development situation of Huabao to the present leaderships and Professor JI Heli introduced the background for compiling the Yearbook of Chinese Food Additives and Ingredients, as well as the contents of the Yearbook and the items required for supporting. Ms. YUAN stated that, “the Yearbook of Chinese Food Additives and Ingredients is the epitome for the development of the Chinese food additives industry, indicating the overall condition of the Chinese food additives industry. Unfortunately, without the participation of CFAIA, the Yearbook for the previous years lacks comprehensiveness and representativeness. Now, it is the time for compiling the Yearbook for 2019, and we sincerely invite CFAIA to participate in the compiling of the Yearbook for 2019, to compile a richer, more comprehensive and more representative Yearbook and to make contributions to the Chinese food additives and ingredients industry. After listening to the introduction, Mr. DU expressed his gratitude to the efforts made by SFATA and by the personnel of SFATA, and recognized the achievements of SFATA. Mr. DU also pointed out that he would support and coordinate with the compiling of the Yearbook, and hoped that all related parties could play their roles in compiling the Yearbook, so as to facilitate the development of the industry. The present leaderships also communicated and discussed the detailed issues related to the compiling of the Yearbook.

After the symposium was over, Mr. DU and his delegation visited Huabao Exhibition Hall, accompanied by Ms. YUAN and other leaderships, and then they took a group photo in the Exhibition Hall.
