Congratulations on the Approval of High-tech Enterprise Certification of Huabao Flavours & Fragrances Co., Ltd.

At the Conference on High-tech Enterprise Certification and Technology-based SME Evaluation Training held by the Science and Technology Department of the Tibet Autonomous Region on March 13th, Huabao Flavours & Fragrances Co., Ltd. was officially awarded the High-tech Enterprise Plaque and Certificate, which has become another important qualification since the Company settled in the Tibet Autonomous Region, following being granted the National Enterprise Technology Center and Post-doctoral Program, once again demonstrating the strong strength of Huabao, which will also become a booster for the sustainable and healthy development of the Company.

Formerly known as Huabao Food Flavours & Fragrances (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. , Huabao Flavours & Fragrances Co., Ltd. has been awarded the title of Shanghai High-tech Enterprise for many times continuously with its strong scientific research strength since 2005. In August 2016, Huabao Flavours & Fragrances Co.，Ltd. moved to the Lhasa Economic and Technological Development Zone in the Tibet Autonomous Region and was listed on the Growth Enterprise Market of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on March 1st, 2018. As an important enterprise in the flavor industry, the management of the Company attaches great importance to scientific research investments and team building. In June 2018, the Company established a project team led by the Administrative Department of the joint-stock company, with the participation of the Finance Department, Technology Center, Human Resources Department and other relevant departments to officially start the application and identification of High-tech Enterprise in the Tibet Autonomous Region. After nearly three months of continuous efforts, the Company officially submitted written application materials to the Science and Technology Department of the Tibet Autonomous Region in October 2018, and successfully passed the on-site assessment by the expert panel in November 2018. After completing the required publicity, Huabao Flavours & Fragrances Co.，Ltd. was certified as a High-tech Enterprise in the Tibet Autonomous Region on 30th November, 2018.
