Distinguished leaders and guests,
Good morning!
Today, we are very glad to get listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. It took us 22 years to get here, during which we have gone through various obstacles and difficulties. The listing of Huabao on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange marks a significant milestone in our development history and make our long-term pursuit and dreams come ture.
We would like to express our gratitude to the governments and securities regulation departments for their care and direction, to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, to the clients and partners who have supported and trusted Huabao for these many years, to all intermediaries that offered assistance to the IPO, and to all friends that show care and support to Huabao.
We are so passionate today. “To be No.1” has alwasys been the pursuit of Huabao. Through 20 years’ efforts, we have become a leading corporation in the Chinese flavors and fragrances industry. The listing today will be a new start for Huabao. We will take advantage of the great opportunity, brought by the consumption upgrade tide in China, and work harder and diligently, so as to become a global leading flavors and fragrances manufacturer in the near future.
We are aspirational today. We will focus on sustainable development of Huabao, make it an international well-known brand that goes through the test of time. It has long been our dream to create unprecedented delicacy experience for human and become a leading corporation in the delicacy industry. People’s continuous pursuit for better life provides motivation for Huabao to do better and make this dream come true. We hope that the Huabao stocks will become a profitable treasure for the investors.
Besides, we make the following commitments today. We will obey the requirements of the listing rules and maintain corporate transparency and a sound governance structure, to deliver our commitments about maintaining the share price and protecting the interests of small and medium-sized investors and contribute to the society and provide returns to our shareholders through sustainable and healthy development.
We start out new journey and make a wish in this spring, a hopeful season. In the following days, we will face both favourable circumstances and adverse situations. So long as we stick to our mission and make persistent efforts, we will definitely make more achievements. Let’s join our hands with each other and strive for the achievements in the autumn.
